Obey is a DJ and producer hailing from the city of Amsterdam, who has been on the frontier of the new wave of dubstep. Being a passionate dubstep fanatic since 2008, he has shown to be a very promising talent with a lot of technical skill when it comes down to the wheels of steel.

Not long after making his debut in the dubstep scene as a rapidly attention gaining DJ and producer in 2012, he got invited to be a member of the infamous UK based Monsters collective. Being taken under the wing of DJ Shiverz and being considered his prodigy, he is considered as one of the most technical DJ’s in the underground dubstep scene. Obey’s sound consists of a wide range of styles, going from wonky to the more aggressive tear-outside of dubstep. After having played at most major and less major event in Holland – he is now a demand all over the world.

With multiple trips to America, his recent tour through Australia and his constant performances throughout Europe, he continues to grow and pave his way to the top. Obey’s extremely energetic stage presence, technical and high paced way of mixing combined with a high doses of elaborate double drops, is something that always blows the crowd away.
