Combining both heavy and melodic influence, along with his own vocals, Ray has created his own unique sound that has earned him support from Hardwell, Excision, DJ Snake, Illenium, and countless other household names from the dance scene. It was crowned the most played track at EDC Las Vegas 2022, reached #1 on Beatport’s Dubstep Chart and #1 on iTunes Electronic Chart, debuted on two Billboard charts - Billboard’s Hot Dance/Electronic Songs Chart and Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Digital Song Sales Chart, garnered tens of millions of views on TikTok and Instagram Reels, started trending on Twitter, and infiltrated other genres of dance music with high praise & playouts from Skrillex, Chris Lake, Hardwell, Timmy Trumpet, Sub Focus, The Chainsmokers, Dillon Francis, and more. By the end of 2022, “Laserbeam” was officially named the #1 most played Dubstep track of 2022 by 1001tracklists and the #1 most purchased Dubstep track of 2022 by Beatport. Since then, the song has been remixed by legends Hardwell & Chris Lake. Continuing the momentum & gaining a reputation for creating festival anthems, Ray Volpe has had consecutive years of chart topping records. In 2024, Ray Volpe released “SEE YOU DROP,” one of the top Dubstep songs of 2024 & a top played track at EDC Las Vegas 2024. In the same year, his hit single "SONG REQUEST" went viral on TikTok & Reels, resulting in live crowds already chanting the song before its official release. “SONG REQUEST” is also now the official 3rd period hype song for the LA Kings for the 2025-2026 season. Both hit songs have over 20M streams respectively across platforms. Ray Volpe released his debut album “FOREVER, VOLPETRON” at the end of 2025, including multiple viral singles “REWIND,” “DANGER,” & “SONG REQUEST.” The album tour totaled more than 50,000 tickets sold, with iconic venues Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, Mission Ballroom, Radius, SILO, Echostage, Terminal 5, & more selling out in advance.
