Based in Utrecht, TER3NCE (22) desires to produce the ‘traditional’ style of Drum ‘n Bass, by the use of nostalgic influences, with a modern twist. Inspired by well known artists like Ed Rush & Optical, Break, Nymfo, Noisia, Marcus Intalex and Calibre, creating a fusion of deep, rolling, techy and melodic drum & bass. Latest releases such as ‘Irresolute & Subterranean’ & ‘Talkative EP’ have gotten support on platforms such as Data Transmission, Free From Sleep, Skankandbass and UKF, including an interview about the process of making these tracks. Other works as ‘Emotion Control’, a collaboration with Nymfo and Lian Feldd and ‘Possession EP’, have quite set the tone in the drum & bass scene and have been supported by artists such as Waeys, Black Sun Empire, Rueben, Kyrist, Posij and have received numerous plays on Noisia’s VISION Radio.
